FAQ

General Understanding
1. What is coaching exactly, and how is it different from therapy or consulting?

Coaching is a forward-focused, solution-oriented process that supports you in gaining clarity, building self-trust, and taking aligned action toward your goals.
It’s not about fixing you—because you’re not broken. It’s about uncovering your own wisdom and power to create meaningful change.
Here’s how it differs from other approaches:
• Therapy often focuses on healing emotional wounds, processing trauma, and understanding your past.
• Consulting typically involves giving expert advice or offering solutions to specific problems.
• Coaching, on the other hand, is a partnership. I don’t tell you what to do—I help you discover what’s right for you and walk beside you as you move toward it.
I help you access your own wisdom and find solutions within yourself.

Coaching can support anyone who is ready to grow, shift, or simply explore a deeper connection with themselves.
You might benefit from coaching if you’re:
• Navigating a life transition
• Feeling stuck or unsure about your next step
• Longing for more clarity, confidence, or direction
• Wanting to build healthier habits, boundaries, or relationships
• Ready to take ownership of your choices and make meaningful change
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to be open and curious.
For a more in-depth explanation, feel free to check out (What’s coaching?)

Absolutely. Coaching can be incredibly supportive for Highly Sensitive People—as long as it’s done in a way that honors their unique nervous system, emotional depth, and need for spaciousness.
As an HSP myself, I deeply understand the overstimulation, inner intensity, and subtle challenges that come with being highly sensitive. In our sessions, I create a space that’s:
• Calm, gentle, and non-judgmental
• Free from pressure or “push” energy
• Designed around your rhythm, not a rigid structure
• Open to exploring both your inner world and your outer goals safely and at your pace
You’re not “too much” or “too sensitive.” You just experience the world more deeply—and that’s a strength, not a weakness.

My coaching space is inclusive, respectful, and welcoming to people of all walks of life—regardless of background, identity, beliefs, or lived experience.
You don’t need to fit into any specific mold to be here.
You’re not “too much,” “too different,” or “too anything.”
I hold space for who you are, just as you are—with care, presence, and zero judgment.
This is a space where your full self is always welcome.

5. How do I know if you are the right coach for me?

Great question—because coaching is deeply personal. It’s not just about skills or credentials; it’s about connection, trust, and feeling safe to be yourself.
To help you decide:
• You can learn more about me and my values on the About Me page
• You’re welcome to explore my social media, where I share thoughts, insights, and parts of my personal journey
• And most importantly, you can book a 60-minute Introductory Session
This session is designed specifically to answer this very question: “Is this the right coach for me?”
You’ll get to know me, ask whatever you need, and experience a short sample of what coaching with me actually feels like—before committing to anything long-term.
There’s no pressure. Just a real conversation between two humans exploring whether we’re a good match to work together.

Not exactly. I don’t offer a free full session—but before we officially start working together, we’ll have a 60-minute Introduction Session.
In this session:
• We’ll get to know each other
• You can ask any questions you may have
• We’ll go over the structure and conditions of working together
• We’ll explore your goals and what you’re hoping to gain from coaching
• You’ll also experience a short sample of coaching, so you get a real feel for how it works
If it feels right for both of us, we’ll move forward with the next steps.

Not at all.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before beginning coaching. In fact, many people start because they don’t have clarity yet—and that’s perfectly okay.
One of the most powerful parts of coaching is creating space to slow down, reflect, and discover what truly matters to you. We’ll explore your values, needs, and desires together, and your goals will start to take shape naturally through that process.
You don’t have to come in with answers. Just bring your questions, your curiosity, and your willingness to explore.

If you haven’t had an Introductory Session with me yet, you can book one using the link below:
(Book Your Introductory Session)
This is the first step toward working together and helps us see if we’re a good fit.
If you’ve already worked with me before and would like to reconnect or start a new package, you’re welcome to:
• Reach out to me directly via (WhatsApp) or
• Use the (Contact) page on this website
I’ll respond with available time slots and guide you through the next steps.
Please note: all sessions are confirmed only after payment and completion of the coaching agreement.

1. Getting to Know Coaching and Me
You can explore my website, social media, or watch the welcome video to get a feel for my approach and background.
2. Booking an Introductory Session
If you feel aligned, you can book a 60-minute intro session to get clarity, ask your questions, and see if we’re a good fit to work together.
3. Package Selection and Payment
Once you decide to move forward, you’ll choose your coaching package and make the payment—either via crypto (USDT) Tether or fiat (USD).
4. Onboarding Forms
You’ll receive two documents to complete:
• A short personal info and self-assessment questionnaire
• A coaching agreement to review and sign
5. Coaching Sessions Begin
We meet regularly via audio calls on Google Meet or WhatsApp, depending on your package and schedule. Your sessions are pre-booked and added to my calendar.
6. Closure
At the end of the package, we reflect on your progress, look at what’s shifted, and explore what comes next—whether that’s renewal, integration, or simply a moment of celebration.
7. End-of-Collaboration Feedback (Optional)
After our final session, you’ll be invited to:
• Share a testimonial (optional and always with your consent)
• Fill out a short anonymous feedback survey to help me improve and grow in my work
8. Follow-up Sessions
If your package includes free 15-minute follow-ups, you can use them biweekly after our collaboration ends. These sessions are designed to support your integration and long-term clarity.

10 .What’s the difference between single sessions and coaching packages?

Single sessions—especially Laser Coaching sessions—are ideal when you need support with something urgent, time-sensitive, or very specific.
They’re short and focused, helping you gain clarity or make a decision without committing to a full process.
Coaching packages, on the other hand, are designed for deeper, long-term transformation. They allow us to build trust, track your progress, explore patterns, and create lasting change step by step. With packages, you also get the benefit of ongoing support, integration time between sessions, and in some cases, follow-up check-ins after the package ends.
So the difference isn’t just in time—it’s in the depth, rhythm, and relationship we build together.

I do my best to keep my prices fair and competitive—based on the skills, experience, and value I bring to each session.
For the most up-to-date pricing, please check the (Services) page.
I accept payments in both crypto (USDT only) and fiat (USD only).
due to the financial restrictions and sanctions placed on my country (Iran), there are important differences you should be aware of:
• Receiving fiat payments (via banks or online platforms) is extremely difficult for small business owners like me.
• To make it work, I rely on third-party intermediaries who charge high commission fees for both currency conversion and transfer—significantly more than official banking systems.
• These services typically facilitate receiving money only, not sending or refunding it.
• Because of this, fiat payments are non-refundable once processed.
On the other hand:
• Payments via USDT (Tether) are more accessible and fair.
• They come with lower transaction costs for me, and
• Refunds are possible for any unused sessions in your package, in case something unexpected comes up.
I want to be fully transparent here:
This is not how I want to run things. These limitations are the result of complex international sanctions that make it incredibly hard for individuals and businesses in Iran to participate in the global economy.
Despite these challenges, I’m doing my best to create a smooth, respectful, and trustworthy experience for every client.

USDT, also known as Tether, is a type of cryptocurrency called a stablecoin. Unlike other cryptocurrencies that can have large price fluctuations, USDT is pegged to the value of the US Dollar—which means 1 USDT is always intended to be equal to 1 USD.
Many people and businesses use USDT for international payments because it’s fast, efficient, and doesn’t require a traditional bank. It’s especially helpful in countries with banking restrictions or currency instability.
As for safety:
Yes, USDT is considered safe to use—as long as you:
• Double-check the wallet address before sending
• Make sure you are sending it on the correct network
I currently receive payments via the TRC20 network, so please select that network specifically when making your transfer
If you’re new to using crypto, don’t worry—I’ve got you.
To learn how to make a payment with USDT step by step, you can watch this short video tutorial.

Yes, absolutely.
When your package comes to an end, you have the option to renew it—either by continuing with the same package or choosing a different one that better fits your current needs or pace.
Any unused follow-up sessions from your original package will remain valid and carry over into your renewed coaching journey.
Renewing allows us to keep the momentum going without interruption, while also revisiting what’s shifted for you and what you may want to focus on next.
There’s no pressure to decide immediately—you’re welcome to take time to reflect before committing to another round.

14. How are sessions held?

All sessions are audio-based and held via Google Meet or WhatsApp voice calls, depending on what works best for both of us.
This format is chosen intentionally—for accessibility (as I’m blind) and to create a more focused, relaxed experience for both of us.
Here’s how it works:
• Standard coaching sessions (both single and in packages) are 60 minutes long.
• Laser Coaching sessions are 30 minutes long and designed for short-term, focused support.
Once we begin working together, your session times will be added to my calendar, and you’ll receive a dedicated Google Meet link that you’ll use for all your sessions.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance in writing.
• Sessions canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
• If I am more than 15 minutes late, I’ll not only complete the session but also offer you one extra session added to your remaining package.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to mark the session as held and end the call.
Before we start, you’ll receive a Coaching Agreement that outlines all terms and conditions regarding session structure, scheduling, rescheduling, and more. Please review and sign it before our first session.
Sessions are conversational and client-centered—meaning you bring what’s present for you, and we’ll explore it together. It’s a collaborative space for reflection, clarity, action, and support.

Sessions are held in English.
But don’t worry—if English isn’t your first language, we’ll go at a pace that feels natural and supportive for you. You don’t need to speak perfectly to be fully understood and supported here.
Also, since my native language is Persian (Farsi), we can absolutely switch to Farsi if that feels more comfortable—especially for clients based in Iran or Persian-speaking communities.
Important note:
If you live inside Iran, session pricing will be different and is shared manually based on local conditions.

There’s no special prep required—just come as you are.
This is your space, and you’re welcome to show up in whatever state you’re in.
a few gentle suggestions can help you get the most out of each session:
• Find a quiet, private space where you feel safe and free to speak openly
• Use headphones if possible, for better sound quality and focus
• Have a glass of water nearby and minimize distractions (like notifications)
• If it helps, you can jot down any thoughts, emotions, or questions that have been on your mind lately
• And most importantly: take a deep breath and give yourself permission to slow down
There’s no pressure to perform or be “ready.” We’ll begin wherever you are in the moment, and move forward together from there.

Yes—100% confidential.
Everything you share in our sessions stays strictly between us. Your privacy, trust, and emotional safety are at the core of my work.
I don’t record sessions, and I never share personal information or details of what you’ve shared—with anyone.
Even after our collaboration ends, all session-related notes and personal data are safely deleted, except for your basic contact information (such as your email or messaging ID), in case you decide to reconnect in the future.
there is no external authority that can access your coaching records before the deletion prosess.
The only exception would be if I were legally forced to comply with the Iranian judicial system (which is highly unlikely and has never happened in my practice).
This is a space where you can speak freely, be heard deeply, and trust that what you share will remain yours.

18. I’m nervous about opening up to someone. Is that normal?

Absolutely—it’s completely normal.
Many people feel nervous at the beginning of coaching. It can be hard to open up, especially if you’ve had experiences where your vulnerability wasn’t met with care.
That’s why the coaching space we create together is judgment-free, safe, and gently held. You won’t be pushed to share anything before you’re ready. We go at your pace.
the more open and honest you can be, the more powerful and accurate the coaching process becomes.
The decisions we explore, the reflections we make, and the paths we consider—are all shaped by the information you share.
This doesn’t mean you need to have it all figured out or spill everything at once. It just means we both show up with trust and mutual responsibility:
I bring the space. You bring your truth. And we grow from there.

Yes—this is your space. You can bring anything that feels real, alive, or important to you.
Whether it’s:
• Your work, career, or creative path
• Relationships and boundaries
• Identity, purpose, or spirituality
• Emotional patterns or mental blocks
• Goals, procrastination, or big life decisions
Nothing is too small or too “off-topic” if it matters to you.
coaching is not a replacement for therapy or crisis support.
If you’re experiencing severe emotional distress, trauma processing, or mental health issues that require clinical care, I’ll gently guide you toward the right kind of professional support.
Within the container of coaching, though—we can go deep, explore widely, and work with whatever comes up in a way that’s thoughtful, grounded, and tailored to your experience.

Sometimes, yes—but never in a rigid or pressured way.
If something meaningful comes up during a session that feels worth exploring further, I may offer a gentle task, invitation, or a small next step to reflect on or try out in your own time.
It could be something like journaling, observing a pattern, experimenting with a new behavior, or simply checking in with yourself in a new way.
these suggestions are always based on your comfort, readiness, and agreement. You’re not expected to “achieve” anything—you’re just invited to stay connected to your process between sessions.
Some people enjoy having a focus between calls. Others prefer more spacious integration. Either way, I’ll meet you where you are.

It really depends on your goals, your current situation, and how committed you are to the process.
Some clients experience small shifts in awareness and energy even after the first session. For others, especially when the goals are more complex or emotionally layered, it may take a few sessions—or even an entire package—to notice deeper changes.
Growth isn’t always linear. Sometimes it shows up in subtle ways: clearer thoughts, better boundaries, more self-trust. And sometimes it shows up as bold action.
Coaching is a journey, not a quick fix. But if you show up with honesty and openness, the results will come—in your own time and way.

It’s both—and often, one leads to the other.
Yes, we’ll work toward clear, tangible outcomes: decisions, actions, shifts in behavior, progress in your goals.
But sustainable results don’t come from pressure or surface-level fixes—they come from knowing yourself deeply.
That’s why coaching also invites self-discovery: exploring your values, patterns, fears, desires, and how you relate to the world around you.
Together, we build a bridge between your inner clarity and your outer action—so your choices are not just effective, but meaningful.

23. What happens after I finish a coaching package?

Once your coaching package comes to an end, you have the option to:
• Renew with a new package—either continuing the same rhythm or choosing a different setup based on where you are now
• Or take time to pause and integrate everything we’ve worked on at your own pace
If your package included free 15-minute follow-up sessions, you’ll still have access to those after our collaboration ends, based on the number allocated to you.
At the end of our full collaboration, you’ll be invited to:
• Share a testimonial, if you feel comfortable—this helps others connect with the work through your experience (optional, of course)
• Fill out a short feedback survey, which is fully anonymous. I use it to reflect on and improve my coaching, and I genuinely appreciate every insight
Whether we continue or close for now, your journey matters deeply to me—and I’m grateful for every step we’ve taken together.

These short sessions are available after our coaching journey is complete—meaning after our collaboration officially ends, whether that’s after one package or after one or more renewals.
Here’s how they work:
• Each follow-up session is 15 minutes long
• They’re held biweekly (every other week)
• The number of sessions you get depends on the package(s) you purchased and any renewals you made during our time working together
These sessions are designed to:
• Support you as you integrate the work we’ve done
• Offer space for questions that may arise post-coaching
• Keep you aligned and anchored in your growth
• Provide gentle accountability and encouragement
Think of them as little “booster shots”—to help you carry the energy of coaching forward, even after our time together has officially ended.

25. Do you offer coaching for couples or groups?

Not at the moment—I don’t currently work with couples or offer group coaching.
Right now, all my sessions are designed for individuals.
But… I’m working on some new ideas that I’m really excited about!
Future offerings will likely include fresh formats and new coaching models—created with connection, shared growth, and dual development in mind.
So if that sparks your curiosity, stay tuned. Something different is definitely on the way.
